Once you submit your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but merely a confirmation of receipt.

We will then send you an Order Confirmation email. The contract between you and MINISOSHOP is concluded only when we send this Order Confirmation email, confirming that we have accepted your order and that the products are being prepared for delivery . If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, such as product unavailability or a pricing error, we will notify you by email and refund any charges already paid .

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, prices and availability information are accurate at the time they are published on the website. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price, description, or availability of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order even after you have received the Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid .

2. Prices and Payments

All prices on our website are in Euros and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs . The total cost of your order, including the price of the products and any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed in your shopping basket before you confirm your order.

Payment is deducted once you submit your order . We accept various payment methods, which are displayed at checkout. For credit card payments, the total amount will be charged only when your order is shipped, although a pre-authorisation hold may be placed on your card. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted platforms .

We may use third-party identity verification services to help protect against fraudulent transactions. If we suspect that an order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it, even after you have received the Order Confirmation email .

3. Product Availability and Descriptions

Product availability is updated in real time on our website but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed . If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, we may cancel your order (or that part of your order) and refund the relevant amount.

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are entirely error-free . Product images and photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract .

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within Italy generally takes 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs will be shown separately at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier . We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or logistical issues .

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the products, in accordance with Italian Consumer Code regulations . To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting our customer service team.

You may examine the goods as you would in a physical shop, but to receive a full refund, you must not start using them. The products must be returned in an "as new" condition, in their original, undamaged packaging . We also offer a 7-day return policy for change-of-mind returns, subject to the same conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products back at our warehouse . You can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within the 14-day cooling-off period, and you will be refunded the cost of the products and standard delivery charges.

6. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold on this website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, as required by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) . This warranty covers defects in the products that exist at the time of delivery.

For consumer customers, this warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of delivery . If a product does not conform to the contract, you have the right to have it repaired or replaced, or to receive a price reduction or refund, as provided by law.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product care instructions .
